What is my experience as a coach?

I am a certified functional nutrition coach and for many years have worked with a variety of clients. I have successfully helped to revitalize many women that were struggling with their changing bodies and lack of energy.

4 Week Program

You know what to do and you have the healthy framework, but life has gotten in your way. Let’s dive back into your personal matrix and rebuild. Learn to put yourself at the top of the list. Accountable Health Coaching with actions steps to realign your habits, mind, body and soul. Together, we can help you avoid pitfalls of self-sabotage, emotional eating and binge eating to get you back on track one step at a time. I will help train you to listen and trust what your body is telling you.

10 Step - Twelve Week Program

In this 12 week program, I will help you grow to understand your body and its specific needs and help to develop a personal functional nutrition matrix along the way. We are all Unique and everything is connected. We will have the time to walk through everything that is unique about your body and discover what your body needs to thrive full of energy once again. I will stop to assess what is going and work together with you to understand your body and and help you trust the signals it’s giving. We will uncover your why and what is stopping you or slowing you down from getting where you want to be. Together we will develop your vision into a system for success. Weekly coaching sessions and creating healthy lifestyle habits customized to your unique body type and lifestyle is what I’m all about. You will come away from this program with the tools to make long lasting change with increased energy to become the best version of yourself.

Here are some quick things I have learned over the years to help you move on to a healthy lifestyle.

  1. Replace dieting with eating small well portioned meals through out the day

  2. Stop militant exercise and make it something you enjoy daily and in moderation

  3. Deprivation! No thank you! Avoid overworking

We need to understand we are all different in shape and size. We all have our own unique body type. We need to focus on our daily habits to make us whole.
